Ronnie's Luxury Transportation Service provides customized, premium ground transportation for airport transfers, corporate accounts, theatre and sport events, tours, weddings and other special occasions. RLTS operates throughout the New York metropolitan area, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet the scheduling needs of the busy corporate client or the special event requiring flexibility.

RLTS uses BlackBerry push technology to stay connected. The moment you email RLTS, you will receive an immediate BlackBerry confirmation notifying you of your driver's name, the car's make and color, and the exact location where the driver will meeet you.

Choose from our luxury sedans as well as stretch limousines to get you to your destination on time and with style. RLTS serves New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island, New Jersey, New York State, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

RLTS procedures for airport pick-ups are as follows:
Drivers are required to park in designated parking spaces on all arrivals unless a outside departure is preferred for easy and fast pickup.

Drivers will hold an 8.5" by 11" sign that reads: "RLTS Welcomes…" followed by the passenger’s surname.

Upon meeting a client, an RLTS driver will introduce himself/herself, offer to assist the passenger with his/her luggage, and confirm the destination.

If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned, the driver has not met the passenger, the driver will have the individual paged on the public address system. The driver will then check with the airline to confirm whether the passenger was on the flight. If the driver is still unable to locate the passenger, RLTS's office will be notified, and the dispatching staff will attempt to call the contact name on the reservation. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her driver, we request that they call RLTS and inform the dispatcher that they cannot locate their driver. The dispatcher will subsequently call the driver on his/her BlackBerry.

Our pick up and drop off services provide transportation from any specified pick up point to any specified destination. Pick up and drop off points are specified during the reservation.
